From the creators of Red Truck, Yellow Copter, Blue Boat, and Green Tractor comes a delightful new story about an orange excavator who saves the town of Tumberton again and again!

It's clean-up day in Tumberton and there's lots of hard work to be done.
Orange excavator will need to gobble up all the trash in sight, help fix the broken water line, and dig a hole to plant a tree, all before the day is done!

Kersten Hamilton and Valeria Patrone are back to add a new color and friendly helper vehicle to their beloved book series.
Valeria Petrone is an award-winning illustrator. Her numerous picture books include Red Truck, Blue Boat, and Yellow Copter (all by Kersten Hamilton) and a series by Gianni Rodari (Edizioni El). She does editorial illustration for newspapers and magazines as well as advertising and anima- tion. She also pursues a career as a painter, and her artworks have been exhibited in Italy and abroad. She lives in Milan, Italy. View titles by Valeria Petrone
"Young construction-vehicle mavens will enjoy this fun romp that takes them through a cheery bright-orange excavator’s typical workday . . . The unfamiliar word excavator in itself should excite little ones because of its length, juicy mouth feel, and aural appeal." --Kirkus Reviews
