After surgeon scientist Curtis Connors lost his arm--and his mind--he created a serum that used reptilian DNA to regrow his missing limb. Indeed, it did successfully grow back, however it also transformed him into the Super-Villain we all fear, the Lizard. Now, only one man alive can stop this raging reptile. The Spectacular Spider-Man! Will the web-slinger be able to tame this cold blooded villain? Or will the Lizard and his scaly armor be too much for our favorite neighborhood Super Hero?
