When a new Super Villain with the power to control electricity terrorizes Manhattan, Spidey swings into action to save the day. At the same time, he has to deal with Gwen Stacy, his on-again, off-again girlfriend, and his old friend Harry Osborn, returning to take over his father's empire, Oscorp. Will Peter be able to balance his two lives without hurting anyone? Or will his great power and great responsibility become too much to handle?
