Chicken Soup for the Soul BABIES: Big Emotions (Bubble Up)

Illustrated by Irene Chan
Look inside
Chicken Soup for the Soul BABIES imparts good values through heartwarming and humorous stories to help little ones put their best foot forward.

When Dolphin, Pufferfish, and Sea Otter are playing tag, Dolphin gets a little too excited and accidentally swims into the other two. Ouch!

After hearing the commotion, wise Octopus floats over and shares that when big emotions bubble up, it’s helpful to name them. The friends then pick words to describe how they feel and practice taking deep breaths to reset as they watch their big emotions float away.

A bubbly and swimmingly sweet board book about the value of moving through your emotions.
