Matt Ralphs has been fascinated with witches, ghosts and anything a little bit creepy ever since he was a child. He is the bestselling author of the fiction titles Fire Witch and Fire Girl and has been editing and writing children's books for over 10 years. He lives on a boat in London.

Núria Tamarit is from a little town in the east of Spain called Villarreal. She works as freelance illustrator and comic artist, and has illustrated numerous children's books and worked with publications such as The Valencianer and Nobrow. She currently lives in Barcelona.
