Helaine Becker

Helaine Becker is an award-winning writer of children's books, both fiction and nonfiction, including A Porcupine in a Pine Tree, Worms for Breakfast, and Monster Science. She also writes for children's magazines and television and is a popular presenter and performer at schools across Canada.

Michael Szasz teaches English to grade two students in Guangzhou, China, where he often dreams of poutine and butter tarts. He is the co-author of National Geographic Kids Everything: Space and enjoys travel, history, and e-sports.
