Annie Ingle

Annie Ingle and her five brothers discovered Robin Hood as children. They pretended that the woods near their home were Sherwood Forest. They retold, invented, and acted out tales about Robin Hood and his merry band. In this adaptation, based on Howard Pyle's The Merry Adventures of Robin Hood, Ms. Ingle gives Marian the same spirit as the Marian she played at being so many years ago.
