Joyce Milton

Joyce Milton was the author of dozens of nonfiction books for children, including Gorillas: Gentle Giants of the Forest; Wild, Wild Wolves; Whales: The Gentle Giants; and many more early readers. She was a former librarian and lived for many decades in Brooklyn, NY pursuing her writing career. She passed away in 2008.
