Jane Manning

Jane Manning lives in Connecticut with her dog, Nellie. She attended Paier College of Art in Hamden and has illustrated a number of books. These include Cindy Ellen, A Wild Western Cinderella by Susan Lowell (Harper Collins), which won the Western Writers of America Storyteller Award for 2001. She also illustrated the New York Times bestseller, The Witch Who was Afraid of Witches by Alice Low (Harper Trophy), and Cobweb Christmas by Shirley Climo (Harper Collins). Jane also illustrated a series of pop-up books for Harper Collins, as well as the Black Cat Club series of books.
