Juan Muro, Jr. (he/him) wrote this book after years of working with people who have been disadvantaged by digital inequality. As a digital equity practitioner in Oregon, he and his team lead the region’s Digital Equity Action Plan, the Coalition of Digital Equity, and Juan sits as an advisory council member of Digitunity, a national organization working to close the device ownership gap. He is passionate about community impact and restoring justice in the workplace.
